About the Role
As a Backend Developer (Java & Spring), you will develop Java/Spring-based services and APIs and contribute to the scalability, performance, and reliability of our projects. You will support technical decision-making within the team, regularly join meetings in English, and communicate technical topics in English.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring (Spring Boot)
- Design and implement REST APIs and manage integration processes
- Design and optimize databases, including query/index performance improvements
- Write sustainable, testable code aligned with Clean Code / SOLID principles
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality
- Work in alignment with CI/CD processes and support delivery workflows
Expected Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience with Java & Spring (preferably Spring Boot)
- Experience working with monolithic and/or microservice architectures
- Strong fundamentals in REST API development
- Solid SQL knowledge and basic database optimization practices
- Comfortable working with Git and team-based development processes
- English: Able to read/write technical documentation and actively participate in meetings in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with React
- Familiarity with the Unity ecosystem
